Store Policies

We believe in privacy and will discreetly ship your items to the best of our ability. We cover all items in generic boxes/moving boxes so not even the shipping company knows what is inside. Our furniture comes via freight shipping with optional text or email updates. Freight shipping involves a large pallet delivery and can be rougher on items than typical delivery methods. Most of our cribs come in 5 pieces that slide together and get tightened with a Phillips screwdriver. We include a touch up paint jar for any accidental dings or scraps or cosmetic imperfections. 

 All furniture is made to order. Orders are non-refundable and unable to be cancelled once production has begun. Delivery time will vary based on how many orders are currently in production. 

In the event of structural damage or defect, repairs and refunds are considered on a case by case basis. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

 *Please understand that items in this store are intended for consenting adults 18+ and not to be used for infants or any children whatsoever.  Items such as cribs, cradles, high chairs, and playpens can restrict the movement of the user and should be used with caution and supervision.
